Hi, I’m Kaylee.

A marketer, a lifelong learner, and a freedom-driven soul.

My Journey

I’ve known I wanted to study Business Administration—with a focus on Marketing—more than 13 years ago.
Marketing was my foundation.
But like many people, my path wasn’t a straight line.

After graduation, I took a turn and spent two years working in recruitment. It was completely different from what I had studied. Yet somehow, life pulled me back when a European tech company was looking for a marketing specialist in email campaigns. That’s where I truly returned to my roots.

Since then, I’ve worked across agency and tech environments from outsourcing and digital solutions to e-commerce products. And at some point, I realized marketing isn’t just about a flyer, a billboard, or an email. It’s an entire world of connection, empathy, and constant learning.

My Beliefs

Marketing, to me, is about delivering the right message to the right people at the right moment.
It’s not one message for everyone; it’s about listening before speaking.

I believe in courage: “Dare to think. Dare to act. Dare to face it.”
I believe in flexibility, empathy, and the power of “Less is more.”
And when it comes to work, my brain is wired for one question:

“How do we get it done?”

That mindset keeps me grounded, fast-moving, and focused on results that matter.

Why I Do What I Do

When I was a student, I was lost.
No one told me what marketing really meant or how different e-commerce, offline, or brand marketing could be. I had no mentor to guide me, so I spent two years working outside my field before finding my way back.

That’s why I now open free consulting sessions every month for young students.
I want to help them find direction not just in marketing, but in how to think, adapt, and build themselves for the world ahead.

If there’s one thing I want young marketers to remember, it’s this:

Responsibility builds clarity.
It pushes you to figure things out, to learn beyond your comfort zone, and to keep moving forward.

Beyond Work

Outside marketing, I recharge through simple joys like traveling, cooking, eating the food I love, and spending time with friends.

People often say I look calm and chill, and maybe that’s true.
But at my core, I’m just a freedom soul in this world, curious about everything and always learning along the way.
